Meetings:
• 15-minute phone consultation
• First main meeting (virtual or in-person): Client shows their space, shares priorities, goals, and inspiration. This meeting sets the foundation for the design concept.
• Second main meeting (in-person or virtual): Review the design concept, mood boards, layouts, and material recommendations; provide guidance on setup, sourcing, and styling (up to 2 hours).
*In-person included for local clients in Charlotte or NYC; travel expenses apply for other locations.
What’s Included:
• Detailed mood boards, layouts, and material recommendations
• Vendor & furniture sourcing list with pricing
• 2 rounds of revisions included

Pricing:
• Base fee at first design meeting: $300
• Minimum Hours per Room: 15 hours
• Minimum Fee per Room: $675
