Meetings:
• 15-minute phone consultation
• First main meeting (virtual or in-person): Client shows their space, shares priorities, goals, and inspiration. This meeting sets the foundation for the design concept.
• Second main meeting (in-person or virtual): Review the design concept, mood boards, layouts, and material recommendations; provide guidance on setup, sourcing, and styling (up to 2 hours).
*In-person included for local clients in Charlotte or NYC; travel expenses apply for other locations.
What’s Included:
• Detailed mood boards, layouts, and material recommendations
• Vendor & furniture sourcing list with pricing
• 2 rounds of revisions included
Our Role:
We design and source; you handle ordering and tracking while receiving guidance and hands-on support during the second meeting.
Pricing:
• Base fee at first design meeting: $300
• Minimum Hours per Room: 15 hours
• Minimum Fee per Room: $675
• Additional visits or revisions billed as needed
For the DIY-er who just needs a roadmap. We’ll create a clear design plan with layouts, mood boards, and curated shopping lists so you can bring your vision to life at your own pace.
Meetings:
• Free 15-minute phone consultation
• One virtual design meeting where the client shows their space, shares priorities, and discusses goals. This meeting is used to gather information and inspiration to create the design deliverables.
What’s Included:
• Digital mood board + layout for each room
• Furniture and materials shopping list with links
• 1 round of revisions included
Our Role:
We provide the design vision and resources — you handle ordering, tracking, and setup.
Pricing:
• Base fee at first design meeting: $300
• Minimum Hours per Room: 10 hours
• Minimum Fee per Room: $450
• Extra revisions billed as needed

For the client whose project doesn’t fit neatly into a standard package. Build Your Own is fully customizable — we’ll shape the scope, level of support, and deliverables based on your space, your needs, and your goals.
Meetings:
• Required 15-minute phone consultation to understand your space, priorities, and what level of support you’re looking for.
• Flexible virtual or in-person design session(s) where you walk us through your home, show existing pieces, and discuss style, functionality, and overall goals. These sessions guide what your personalized plan will look like.
What’s Included (Varies by Project):
Depending on your needs, your custom plan may include:
• Digital concepts such as mood boards, layout options, and/or styling direction
• Suggestions for how to use or repurpose existing furniture
• Shopping lists or product recommendations if needed
• Guidance on finishes, decor, or room flow
• Optional revisions based on project scope
Deliverables are tailored completely to you — no two projects look the same.
Our Role: We build the vision, strategy, and design direction. You choose how hands-on or hands-off you want the implementation to be.

• Pricing is based on estimated hours needed, which vary by room size, number of spaces, and overall scope
